Over the Christmas season over 50% of our customers (we have 120 customers or so) put their box on hold.  Many of you are doing this yourselves and many asked us to do it for them.  We found that it got very confusing for us as each week we had to go through our clientele and put their accounts on hold or make them active.  Hence, we've decided that we really need you guys to take care of this function for yourselves.  There where a number of screw ups on our part
