Todays CSA delivery will be the last delivery of 2017. We plan on taking some vacation time over the holidays to relax and visit with family. We hope that each of you can do the same over the Christmas season.
Our first CSA of 2018 will be on January 3. The heated greenhouse is seeded with micro mix greens and we have arugula, kale, some Asian greens, mache, spinach, and cress in various coldframes and unheated greenhouses. Most of our root vegetables are looking good as well. Overall I would say that 2017 was an exceptionally positive growing season.
