Well I guess it is winter now. Lots of snow on the weekend and more coming tonight and tomorrow. The outside crops are all harvested with the exception of burdock root which we will hopefully get sometime over the winter months. We will still be picking some green kale and some leeks once we can find them back when the snow settles. I.m looking forward to some days off over Christmas.
Because both Christmas day and New Years day fall on Wednesday this year, the CSA will be on hold for two weeks after tomorrow. This week will be the last delivery until Jan 8.
